TIME DELAY RELAY
For
vehicles with auto-on and daytime running lamps
Have a vehicle or motorcycle with auto-on or daytime running lamps causing problems with your HID?
Here is the answer, a time delay relay. This relay fits most common
single beam HID wiring harnesses for an easy fix to prevent HID from starting before cranking the engine. Avoid those pesky
ignition errors, flickering/fluttering HID, and needless wear and tear on ballasts.
Relays are contact rated at 30A @
13.5 VDC, and sealed for waterproof operation.
These are direct replacement for all Turnagain High Lights single
beam harnesses listed below:
- H1, H3, H4 low beam, H7, H8, H9, H10, H11, 9005, 9006, 9140, 9145, 800 series, and 5202
- Other applications or harnesses should be checked for polarity before using relay

Usage Notes:
On existing
wiring harnesses, please confirm correct polarity to the stock wiring for relay trigger. Black should always correspond to
vehicle ground. The relays are polarity sensitive, the 85 pin is always to be grounded, 86 pin is (+). Reverse polarity will
result in incorrect operation and relay failure.
Warranty:
Lifetime warranty term covers relay function for life.
Limitations to coverage include corrosion of contacts, sustained voltage over 16 VDC, and reversed polarity of coil contacts.
Buyer is responsible for providing faulty part for inspection and replacement upon request as serial numbers are tracked
for quality control purposes. Upon confirmation of faulty part, any replacement parts are issued free of charge to the buyer
as soon as humanly possible.

On select vehicles you will also need to add a capacitor link in addition to your relay wiring harness on single beam applications. On bixenon (dual beam) applications we will have to pre-wire in any required low beam / high beam capacitors and/or resistors before your order ships out.
